How many credits does each post generation use?

Twitter short post: 1 credit. Twitter long post: 2 credits. Twitter thread: 2 credits. LinkedIn post: 2 credits. Reddit post: 2 credits. For video processing: the first 10 minutes costs 2 credits, then 1 additional credit per extra 10-minute block (rounded up). Re-generating from the same video URL only costs post credits - the video is cached.

Does this work with YouTube Shorts?

Currently, CreatorJot is optimized for long-form YouTube videos (5+ minutes). Shorts don't have enough transcript depth to generate quality posts.

No. We analyze your video transcript to extract your natural tone, vocabulary, and key insights. The posts are written to sound like you - just formatted and optimized for each platform.

Can I edit the generated content?

Every generated post is a high-quality draft. Copy it, tweak it, or regenerate it. You always have the final say before publishing.

What counts as one generation?

One post on one platform = one generation. If you select Twitter + LinkedIn at the same time, that counts as 2 generations and deducts credits for each. The exact credit cost depends on the post type selected.

Do credits roll over to the next month?

Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Free plan credits (2/month) also reset monthly.

Will I be charged again if I use the same video?

No. We cache your video transcript. Re-generating posts from the same video URL only deducts post credits - no additional video processing credits.
